RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

In which cases can I change or return a product?
  • I have chosen the wrong size and I would like to change it 
  • The product is not what I expected and I would like to exchange or return it
  • I have received my order in poor condition.

    In any case, the products that are exchanged or returned must be in perfect condition and show no evidence of having been used, otherwise such return or exchange will not be made. It is the client's responsibility to return the product with adequate packaging to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition at BOHO PIP. In case of not having adequate packaging, we suggest using the original box in which the product came. If the products are returned in poor condition, we will not be able to carry out their return as requested. 

    The time to make the change or return is 14 days, starting from the day the customer receives the order. Except for earrings and ear cuffs for hygiene reasons. 

    What is the price of an exchange or refund?

    To process an exchange or a return Get in touch with us so that we can inform you in more detail. Send us an email to bohopip@gmail.com with the matter EXCHANGE / RETURN and tell us:

    • Order reference 
    • Reason for Return
    • Product to exchange or return
    • Desired solution, change or return of the product
    Once we receive your email we will indicate all the steps to follow, do not worry, it is very easy! We leave you some information depending on the location:

    Peninsula Spain:

    • Returns and exchanges will be effective at the same address where the first shipment appears.
    • The exchange costs will be borne by the customer.
    • The return costs will be borne by the customer.
    • We do not make changes or returns on earrings or ear cuffs for hygiene reasons.

    Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla:

    • Returns and exchanges will be effective at the same address where the first shipment appears.
    • Exchange costs will be borne by the customer approximately € 9 (round trip through the Post Office, certified shipping)
    • The return costs will be borne by the customer at a cost of approximately € 4 (Post, registered shipping)
    • We do not make changes or returns on earrings or ear cuffs for hygiene reasons. 

    Rest of the World: 

    • Returns and exchanges will be done in the same address of your first shipment.
    • The exchange costs will be borne by the customer (round trip).
    • The return costs will be borne by the customer. 
    • Earrings and ear cuffs cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

     

    Has your order arrived broken or defective?

    In case your order has arrived defective you will have a period of 2 days to notify us of this problem. We give you a solution. The options will be the following:

    • Exchange it for another equal product.
    • In the event that it is out of stock we will exchange it for another product of the same amount.
    • We will refund the total amount.

    Contact us so we can give you a solution. You must send us an email to bohopip@gmail.com with the subject DEFECTIVE ORDER and tell us:

    • Explain to us what has happened to the product.
    • Photo of the product where the defect is seen.
    • Any of the following information: Full name or order number.
    In this case Boho pip will bear the costs.
